(More customer reviews)I couldn't find this replacement filter at any local stores, so ordered it here. When it arrived, it was in a small box and the filter was wrapped in plastic. There were filter particles all spilled in the plastic and I wasn't sure if the filter was broken or what; so I unwrapped it and rinsed it off and it works just fine. (This steam mop is great and easy to use, but you have to be careful and not knock the handle or the filter casing can break easily. That's the only reason I had to replace the filter cartridge.)
