(More customer reviews)I bought the Krupps coffee pot because I had heard it is durable, easy to use, etc. I didn't know at the time that the machine needs the filter. Of course the coffee is great without the filter, too. We have horrid tasting water where I live. I use bottled water for coffee. Using the filter, I don't need to use the expensive bottle water! I save a lot of money with the filters.
The filters are hard to find at regular stores, when I found them on Amazon, I bought it right away!
