(More customer reviews)I bought this filter for my new house. It was a big pain to install if you don't have a special hole in your countertop already. I had that new hole drilled and the handyman noticed that the unit didn't come with some of the necessary parts. I called the manufacture to get them and they didn't help at all. We had to search for something similar. IN the end, I paid $700 to install it!!!!! It seems to work fine but I wouldn't do it again - at least not with this one.
