(More customer reviews)This faucet works great but I subtracted one star because there was nothing "hard" about the hardware that came with it. It came with all plastic fittings which I used. A month later it was leaking so I replaced all the plastic-ware with brass, put it back together, and it has worked great ever since. That's about four months now. I'm pleased with the product, it does what it's supposed to do, but the plastic fittings are unsatisfactory. I think I paid around three dollars to change to brass.
